Spin down memory lane with Rhea's mix of one hit wonders from the 90's until now. You'll jump, sprint, and climb through the decades!

8:30 – 9:15am   Ride & Define with Cathy A.

Pedal and pump those legs for 30 minutes, then define your upper body with continuous weight work to get cardio and strength workouts in just 45 minutes!

8:30 – 9:15am   Double Trouble with Babs & Cathy

Double the fun with these two veteran instructors. Muscle up for a superior sculpting session with a playlist that will really pump you up!

9:30 – 10:30am   Army Ranger Training with Joel & Neda

Train your body and your mind to be resilient enough to survive. Like a Ranger, you are NEVER out of the fight! Bring your own "Rucksack" (knapsack for civilians) and fill it with 10-20lbs of soft items ie: towels, laundry.

10:45 – 11:45am   Gentle Yoga with Marylou

Combine gentle postures and breathing techniques to enhance balance, increase mobility, and reduce stress. This class is perfect for anyone looking to relax, renew, and rejuvenate! Your practice will be enhanced by the use of essential oils.

12:00 – 12:45pm   Ask the Dietitian!

This high energy ride will have you pedaling through the 70's, climbing through the 80's, and sprinting to the 90's until 2019! Can you party like it's 1999?!

8:00 – 8:45am   Metabolic Meltdown with Jeannie

Rev up your metabolism with this full body circuit class. Push yourself to new limits with boxing, battling ropes, and body weight exercises that will test your strength, agility, and endurance!

9:00 – 10:15am   Rock Your Body with Guest Instructor Clay Grant

He's back again!! Join Clay for great rhythms and amazing moves in his signature dance fitness class and experience a groove like no other!

10:45 – 11:15am   Stretch to the Limit with Leigh

Why stretch? To develop joint flexibility and elasticity, decrease muscle tension after exercise, and prevent injuries. Leigh, a dance instructor and a former Broadway performer will teach you some of the most effective stretches that you can do.

A nonstop interval training workout that utilizes mixed martial arts (MMA) training moves, heavy bags, mitts, and kick shields. Get ready to unleash the warrior within!

 

10:15 – 11:00am   Ballet Burn with Leigh

A dynamic total body workout combining barre and ballet techniques. Improve your strength posture, flexibility, and balance. Capture your inner dancer and feel the burn!

 

11:30 - 12PM    Best Butt Ever with Cathy

A quick 30-minuite butt blasting session that will get your rear in gear!

2:15 – 3:15pm   Restorative Yoga with Marylou

Restorative yoga is simply that - restorative! It's centering the breath and the body - aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for an extended period of time. The use of bolsters and other props help accomplish this.
