Cathy is a Registered Dietitian, a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics and a Certified Dietitian/Nutritionist in New York State. She is also an ACSM-Certified Health Fitness Specialist, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Cathy has been providing nutrition and fitness counseling for over 30 years.
Cathy's clients include those concerned with weight loss, diabetes management, cholesterol and blood pressure reduction and osteoporosis, as well as competitive athletes and those looking to improve or maintain their present fitness levels.
