Forever Fit offers over 40 group exercise classes per week, providing variety and innovation for all fitness levels. GROUP TRX CLASSES
A class designed for all fitness levels—but especially for our seniors!—to strengthen and stretch the entire body. Improve cardiovascular conditioning, look better and feel great! Also called "Light and Lively," these classes are perfect for those looking to ease back into group exercise with low-impact aerobics, light strength training and some light yoga stretches.
Add another dimension to your fitness routine and incorporate an alternative for your body, mind and soul. Reduce stress, increase flexibility, stimulate your circulation and quiet your mind. Yoga classes are offered for all levels, from Gentle Yoga for beginners and those recovering from injuries to Yoga Flow for more experienced Yogis!
Pilates involves a progressive series of exercises that increase strength, flexibility and total body balance by focusing on strengthening the core abdominal and lower back muscle groups and teaching deep, active breathing.
Using the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements, these total body workouts are designed to burn fat and create long, lean muscles, not bulk. Barre Classes are low-impact and pure fun…no dance background required!
